b =4x +38
a+b+x = 180 = 48+4x+38 +x = 5x +86
5x = 180-86 = 94
x = 94/5 = 18,8 degrees for the 3rd angle in a triangle
b = 4(18.8)+38 = 75.2 + 38 = 113.2 degrees for 2nd angle
