Citric acid is a tri-protic acid. That means it has 3 acidic hydrogens. So, one molecule of citric acid will produce 3 H+ ions.
NaOH, as pointed out by Arturo, will not produce any H+ ions because it has no hydrogens to donate.
The titration of citric acid with NaOH is a straightforward acid/base titration requiring 3 moles of NaOH for each 1 mole of citric acid. The products of the titration are water and sodium citrate in the ratio of 3 : 1
