What if the methane gas was not specified to be at STP, my question is how many moles, and what would the mass be if the pressure was 460mmHg, had a temperature of 58 C, and a volume of 19L

@Will S. The moles is given in the question. It is 3.62 moles. The mass would not change with pressure and temperature. It would be 3.62 moles x 16 g/mol = 57.9 g. If you are asking what the volume would be, then it would be calculated from V = nRT/P where n = 3.62 mol; R = 0.0821 Latm/Kmol; T = 331K; and P = 460/760 = 0.605 atm; The volume would be 163 L (not 19 L). So, in summary, I'm not really sure what you are asking.
