A. Distilled water the cells will swell. Why? Because water will enter the cell by osmosis.
B. In 0.9M NaCl cells will remain the same because the external solution is isosmotic with the cells.
C. In 0.3M glucose the cells will shrink because water will leave the cell by osmosis because the external water is less than internal water (solute is higher outside than inside).

I missed that and read it as 0.9 % which is isotonic NaCl and what I’m used to seeing. You are correct that 0.9 M NaCl is 1.8 OsM and that is very hypertonic. Normal tonicity for NaCl is 0.154 M = 0.308 OsM = 0.9%(w/v). So in 1.8 OsM the cells will shrink.
