You'll want to perform paired t-tests for each race comparing differences comparing pre and post test data and then see if they differ or nothing changes across the board. If nothing changes, the treatment isn't making a difference. if it does for some races and not others you have to see if the results improve or make things worse and adjust the treatment accordingly.
