Rotation of a triangle

Rotate the triangle having vertices at (0,3) (2,4) (2,6) at 180 degrees at (2,4)... What will be the new coordinates of the triangle after rotation...  I want to know how to do it...

The point of rotation is (2,4) for the above triangle and it has to be rotated at 180 degrees... How do i get the new co-ordinates?
