If the tangent of an angle is sqrt(3), that tells us the angle must be 60 degrees, or (60 + 180k) degrees if we're allowing numbers outside of the 0 to 90 range.
Therefore, we know that theta + 15 = 60 (or theta + 15 = 60+180k)
Subtracting 15 should get us our answer.
Does that help?
