A quick search of the chemical formula reveals this compound to most likely be the synthetic gonadotropin releasing hormone known as Lupron (leuprolide acetate). Your question is too vague to give a detailed answer, mainly because I don't know what you mean by "separate and s a whole". This drug mimics GnRH (gonadotropin releasing hormone), and as such, it will initially stimulate the pituitary gland to release such gonadotropins as FSH and LH. But after repeated administration, the pituitary becomes desensitized, and stops producing these gonadotropins. Not sure what else you want to know.
