Even though I supplied an answer to this question when you first asked it, I'd personally ask the physicist.  Nothing against chemists, but I think a well-trained physicist would be better equipped to answer this. Just my personal opinion.

                    No, I'm not sure.  It's an opinion. I'm sure there are some chemists who are better equipped to answer this than some physicists, and vice versa.  But in general, I would think an atomic/molecular physicist would be better at calculating such a value.
