I am not sure what sort of pressure law to use, if any. How do I combine this to solve the pressure in pascals?

Total static pressure is

 

p = p_a + ρgh

 

p_a = atmospheric pressure (look it up; it is close to 100,000 Pa)

 

ρgh = pressure due only to the column of water

 

ρ = 1.00 g/cm³ = (1.00 x 10^-3 kg)/(10^-2 m)³ = 1.00 x 10³ kg/m³

 

ρgh = (1.00 x 10³ kg/m³)(9.8 m/s²)(10.0 m) = 98,000 Pa
