As Arturo said...
If logab = c then ac = b
This also means that to convert an exponent expression to a log:
If ac = b then logab = c
When looking at logab think of it as asking
"To what power do I raise a to get b?"
So: logab = c means that c is the power to which a is raised to get b
so ac = b
Given your question the answer is FALSE because
logab = c is equivalent to ac = b NOT ab = c
