In nutrition, the kcal is equivalent to the calorie (cal) or vice versa. So, saying 92 kcal, is really 92 calories. Sometimes a Cap C is used (Cal).
Using certain accepted values:
Fat: 9 cal/g
Protein: 4 cal/g
Carb: 4 cal/g
18.0 g carbohydrates x 4 cal/g = 72 cal
92.0 kcal = 92 cal (nutritional)
92 cal - 72 cal = 20 cal (nutritional) from protein
20 cal x 1 g protein/4 cal = 5 g of protein
