Hi Madison

Any audio system which is battery operated has chemical energy stored in its  battery. When we switch on this  audio device ( example mobile phone) the chemical energy of battery gets changed into electric energy to power the device ( mobile). Then mobile rings or gives sound/music using electric energy into its speaker , which inturn produces sound energy.
