Statistics questions z-score and raw score

I'm stuck on this question, I know the formula for z score is  
Individual score - mean, divided by the standard deviation and the raw score is Z score times standard deviation + mean, but I just can't seem to get the correct answer.
Do i find the z score, plug it into the raw score formula and then find that number on the z-score table?
 
Here's the complete question:
 
A patient recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease takes a cognitive abilities test and
scores a 45. The mean on this test is 52 and the standard deviation is 5.
What percentage of patients score below a raw score 45?
What percentage scores above a raw score 45?
