At the equivalence point (end point in this question), the number of moles of HCl will equal the number of moles of NaOH.
Moles NaOH = 0.035 L x 1 mole NaOH/L = 0.035 moles NaOH
Now the question becomes "how many ml of 0.1 M HCl are required to produced 0.035 moles HCl (same moles as NaOH)
0.1 moles HCl/L (x L) = 0.035 moles HCl
Solve for x: x = 0.035 moles/0.1 moles/L = answer in liters then x 1000 to get mls.
