The normal range of specific gravity for urine is 1.012-1.030 type-2 of diabetes and kidney disease can result in decrease in specific gravity.if a 5ml sample of urine has at total mass 5.025g,would the specific gravity of this sample indicate that the patient could have have type-2 diabetes? Please help me because I don’t understand at all chemistry

5.025 g/5 ml = 1.005 g/ml = density  This has a specific gravity less than the typical range of 1.012-1.030 and thus might indicate type-2 diabetes.
