To write ionic (total and net) equations, you must understand what is soluble, what is not; what is a weak electrolyte and what is not; and what is a gas, and what is not. In the examples given in this question, it is simply a matter of solubility. If something is soluble and an electrolyte, you write it in the ionized form and (aqueous). If not, you leave it as is. Here we go.
(1) Fe3+(aq) + 3OH-(aq) ==> Fe(OH)3(s)
(2) Ag+(aq) + Br-(aq) ===> AgBr(s)
