Not sure what kind of list you are looking for, but some of the important factors that determine the bond type are:
Metal or non metal - a metal + non metal = ionic bond. Two non metals = covalent bond.
Electronegativity - the larger the difference in EN values, the more ionic character the bond will have.
Valence electrons - the number of valence electrons will determine how many electrons are associated with the bond.
Polar covalent and non polar covalent bonds are determined again, by the difference in EN values of the atoms, as well as by molecular geometry (see VSEPR)
