If we use g gallons of 25%,
we add 50-g gallons of 3.5%
to total to 50 gallons of 12.5%
25g + 3.5(50-g) = 12.5(50)
25g + 175 - 3.5g = 625
21.5g = 450
g = 450/21.5
g = 20.93 gallons of 25% cream
50-g = 29.07 gallons of 3.5% milk
