The y-intercept is the F(x) value when x=0.
The x-intercept is the x values when F(x)=0
If I put this function in vertex form, you should be able to find the rest.
F(x) = (-1/2)(x2 + 6x + 9) + (9/2) + (5/2)
F(x) = (-1/2)(x - 3)2 + 7
