STP = Standard Temperature and Pressure
T = 273.15K
P = 1 bar = 100 kPa = 0.987 atm
NTP = Normal Temperature and Pressure
T = 20ºC = 293.15K
P = 101.325 kPa = 1 atm
PV = nRT and if n = 1 mole then for STP...
Using R = 0.0821 L-atm/K-mole
V = nRT/P = (1mol)(0.0821 L-atm/K-mol)(273K)/0.987 atm = 22.7 liters or 22.4 liters if you round P to 1 atm.
For NTP...
V = nRT/P = (1 mol)(0.0821 L-atm/K-mol)(293K)/1 atm = 24.05 liters

It is not necessary that 20°C is normal temperature09/02/20
