Einstein's Theory of Relativity, When objects travel faster time slows down for them relative to other people. People say "Astronauts age slower because they travel faster in space, obviously by micro seconds". Does that mean cells in your body divide at a slower rate allowing yourself to "age slower", I never really understood this concept. Do they actually live longer.

I do not think a Physicist can answer this question. What the effect of time dilation on human body is a matter of investigation and research for drawing any conclusion.
