that's exactly what you are asking...but does it make sense?

 

The phrase NEW EQUATION OF ORIGINAL FUNCTION does not make sense, to me.

 

If there's a DILATION (REDUCTION), then T(x) = k•(x⁴+2x³+5) where 0 < k < 1

 

(2)  same dubious diction difficulty exists here, too, but anyway the transformation is T(x) = -S(x).
