y<x+1

2. [7,-4] y<0
y<x-3

All you have to do is to substitute the x & y into the inequalities, and IF BOTH INEQUALITIES ARE TRUE WITH THOSE VALUES, THEN THE GIVEN ORDERED PAIR DOES LIE WITHIN THE SOLUTION REGION.
