This particular triangle has sides parallel to the x and y axes.
So the solution will not require any calculations or need
to find the equations of the sides. That would make
the problem solution involve solving simultaneous equations
for the intersection point.
In this case the solution will fall out when you draw
the perpendicular bisectors of the sides.

Mark .... I was paying you a complement. Your reply was a masterful answer which supplied the key information of the definition of a circumcenter. I used the word start because a complete solution would have given the point too. But we as tutors are advised to help the student and to allow them to discover as much as possible WITHOUT giving the answer.
