C^2 = 6^2 + 12^2
C^2 = 36 + 144 = 180
C = √180 = 13.42
The Hypotenuse squared is equal to the sum of the base squared plus height squared.
We do not need the area for this calculations but it is correct, (12x6)/2 = 36
