Sure. If you look in the activity series of metals, you will find that K (potassium) is above (more active) than Pb (lead). This means that Pb is NOT capable of replacing K in a reaction. Thus, KCl(aq) + Pb(s) does NOT result in a replacement reaction, so NO REACTION is the answer.
