Takera, note that Arturo's answer and mine are the same.  He used radians for the degree measure while I used degrees, but 270° = 3pi/2.  So you can use either.

I should add one more step, since you want a positive modulus:
 
-cos(π/2) = cos(π/2 + π) = cos(3π/2)
-sin(π/2) = sin(π/2 + π) = sin(3π/2)
 
Then
 
-2i = 2cos(3π/2) + i2sin(3π/2) = 2ei3π/2
