theta = 360 - 28 = 332 degrees (rounded to the nearest whole number)

 

cot theta = 1/tan theta

tan theta = opp/adj

cos theta = adj/hyp

adj = 15, hyp = 17

17^2 = 15^2 + opp^2

opp = 8

tan theta = -8/15

cot theta = -15/8
