what is the graph of this function? f(x)=[[x]]+2/2 if 0 is greater than or equal to x which is <6

Sorry... we cannot answer as written.  What do the [[ ]] around x mean?  Absolute value of x, as in |x|?  Is [[x]]+2/2 actually (x+2)/2?  Is x < 6, or x < 0?   Help!
