Hi Ashley,
Apply PEMDAS, meaning parentheses first. Then exponents. Then, multiplication and division in the order they appear from left to right and finally addition and subtraction in the order they appear from left to right.
So,
10+10*3+20*1+5*0+3 = 10 + 30 + 20 + 0 + 3 (i did the multiplication first from left to right)
and now simply add everything
10 + 30 + 20 + 0 + 3 = 63
