You want to look up and read about Graham's Law of Effusion of gases. It states that the rate of effusion is inversely related to the square root of the molar mass. This is the same as what Arturo stated in his answer.
rate gas1/rate gas2 = sqrt MW gas2/sqrt MW gas1
So order molar masses of the gases from heaviest to lightest and that will be the order for slowest to fastest.
Also not that you should use proper symbols such as Cl2 (not CL2), He (not HE), Ar (not AR), Ne, Xe, etc.
