√b²=√242

b=15.556349 feet (round as you like)

b=15.6 feet, or

b=15.56 feet, or

b=15.556 feet

this is the approximate length of each side

check: A=(1/2)(15.556)(15.556)

A=(1/2)(241.989)

A=120.99 which is approximately 121
