true or false? If a transversal intersects two parallel lines, then acute angles are supplementary.

this question has been bothering me for quite some time now... could you help out?

 An acute angle is less than 90°. Two acute angles cannot be supplementary.

Well, to put it simply, there is only one case in which this is true. However, it is not true in general. Notice that if a transversal intersects a pair of parallel lines, then all of the acute angles will be congruent. Therefore, these acute angles are only supplementary if they all equal 45 degrees.
