As Alex said, it's a vertical line.
It's equation is x = 1/2. Notice that there is no y in that equation.
So if we want to list some points on the line we would start each point with (1/2, y). What do we put for y? The equation doesn't tell us, so we can put any real number!
E.g.: (1/2, -11), (1/2, 7), (1/2, -3), (1/2, 5), (1/2, 13), (1/2, -17), (1/2, 10^100), . . .
