please identify the excluded values of the expression (k^2+4k-32) / (k^2-9k+20)

In the following expression listed can someone please simplify the expression and let me know what the excluded values are.

Sammy, you CAN DO this!   Just factor the denominator and note the two 'roots' which MUST BE EXCLUDED.

 

Even if you factor the numerator and find that one of the factors cancels the identical factor of the denominator, this DOES NOT CANCEL THE EXCLUSION.
