1)Two lines intersect at a POINT (If constrained to 2 dimensions)
2)Two Planes intersect at a LINE (Always unless the planes are parallel)
Take two sheets of paper as a visual aid.
1)Cut one sheet and insert the other.
2)Examine the points of contact to see that it is true
