I suspect that your picture of this problem contains key information necessary to solve the problem.  The phrase "CX bisects AB at X" means that the segment AB is divided into two equal parts at point X, so that
AX = XB.  This feels like there must be some coordinates or lengths or other information in your picture.  But try adding the information that AX=XB to your picture and see if that helps.  Feel free to send an email with a picture of the problem, and I would be happy to follow up with you.  John
