Hy Jacob,
you first need to convert lbs to kilograms
123/ 2.2 = 55.91 kgs
for 1 kg you are supposed to be given 3 mg
thus
55.91*3 = 167.73 mg
Now finally divide this by 1000
giving you 0.16773g
