Aatish,
Is this a practical or theoretical question? I do not recommend staying awake for 30+ hours under any circumstances. You will be unable to think or do anything requiring alertness and may be endangering the health of other people as well as yourself. It can also lead to serious mental health problems if done regularly.
Take this as expert advice. I have had sleep deprivation problems since I was 21 years old and am now 59. It has virtually destroyed my personal and professional life and cost thousands of dollars in health care expenses.
If you are a young person, you need to get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night to stay strong and healthy. Please don't do this to yourself. People have been tortured by sleep deprivation for centuries and you do not want to do that to yourself.
But, if you need to wake up, go take a walk or a cold shower. It may help you stay awake a few hours longer.
