I am sorry you are experiencing that! Some non medicinal things to try in order to improve sleep are exercising regularly, limiting caffeine or caffeine containing substances like chocolate later in the day, creating a bedtime routine that is relaxing, staying away from looking at electronic screens such as phones or computers right before bed, or even applying a lavender scent, which is known to be calming, on yourself, the pillow, or somewhere else in the room, before bed. If none of that is working, the best medicine to try is melatonin first, since it is natural. Best of luck!
