how would I solve this equation 14x^2 + 19x - 3 = 0

i have problems with equation I need help.

Hassan is correct in the solution gained using factoring by grouping;
However, we were not looking for factors of "42" that add to 19, we
were looking for factors of -42 that add to 19 because the coefficient
of the square term was 14 and the constant was -3... 14(-3) = -42.
Factors of -42 that add to 19 are (21)(-2).  That is the reason we
split the 19x into 21x-2x to enable the factoring.
