Use parentheses to avoid ambiguity.

I assume you do not mean 

(1-cosθ + 2sinθ) ÷ (1+ 2cosθ + 2sinθ) = tanθ

as this is not true. e.g. if θ = π/4, the above equation is not true.

Resubmit the problem with necessary parentheses.
