system of equations for x,y, and z

The question is

3x=2y-z=4
2x-y+2z=10
x+3y-4z=-7

I made a mistake on one part but cant seem to find it

Please fix the first equation.  You have two equal signs there.

Sometimes it is best to start fresh on a clean sheet of paper without looking at what you did the first time to solve a 3 variable system.  Yes, it's a lot of work but sometimes that's less frustrating than trying to find a mistake.
When you solve a 3 variable system it pays to double check everything before you go on to the next step. Most mistakes are made when the problem is copied down, forgetting to multiply both sides of a equation, or working with negative numbers.
