You're probably looking for a and b. Not A and B because uppercase letters denote angles and the 15 is side between A and B, or let's just say c = 15.
The easiest thing that you can get is angle B because the total interior angle for a triangle is 180.
A + B + C = 180, B = 180 - A - C; B = 180 - 28 - 50; B = 102°
From there you can just use Sine Law.
a/sinA = b/sinB = c/sinC
For a:
a/sin28 = 15/sin50
For b:
b/sin102 = 15/sin50
You can do the calculations.
