For the second line, we can use formula y=mx + b,
We must have slope m=2, and we need to find b the y-intercept.
We get y=2x+b and we need to find b
b is the y intercept when x=0.
Let's plug in the point (2,4) to find b.
We get 4=2*2+b
so b= 4-4 , b = 0
So line that is parallel is y=2x
