When dividing fractions.. invert and multiply
(-2/3)/(-5/6) = (-2/3)(-6/5)
= [-2(-6)]/[3(5)] = 12/15 = 3(4)/3(5) = 4/5
4/5 -(-3) = 4/5 + 3 = 3 4/5
