What is the probability of rolling two dice and getting a sum of 7 before a sum of 8

You have Two turns to roll two dice, what is the probability of getting a sum of 7 on your first turn before getting a sum of 8 on your second turn?

A seven has a 6/36  (1,6; 6,1; 5,2;2,5, 4,3;3,4) or 1/6 probability.

 

A eight has a 5/36   (6,2;2,6;5,3;3,5;4,4) probability.

 

So a 7 followed by an 8 is a   1/6*5/36= 5/216 possibility.
