To calculate the distance travelled in one revolution you need to determine the circumference of the circle. The formula for the circumference is C=2πr.
r, the radius, is given as 4 inches. Therefore C=2π4 = 8π. With (pi) π=3.14159, C=25.13272 inches and therefore the distance travelled in one revolution is 25.13272 inches. I hope this helps.
