Find tan 60o (it's square root of 3--think about the 30-60-90 triangle having hypotenuse 2, short leg 1, long leg √3)
Using same triangle, find cos 30o--it's ½√3; take reciprocal to get sec 30o.
Surely you know that sin 45o = ½√2 or just 1/√2. These remarks are the "steps" that you request.
So you have all numbers that you need to work with...
Since you're in a trigonometry/Algebra II course, I assume that you can do the substitution, squaring, multiplying stages. Remember that you can check this using a calculator, too.
